At LQ Resorts, we want you to feel confident in your getaway wardrobe; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
